Hadith 981:3

Ishaq ibn Isa and Abu al-Yaman—and this is the hadith of Ishaq—said: Ismail ibn Ayyash narrated to us, from Rashid ibn Dawud al-Amluki, from Abu Asma al-Rahabi, from Thawban, the freed slave of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said during a journey of his: "We are traveling by night, so let no one travel by night who has a difficult mount or a weak mount." A man traveled by night on a mount of his that was difficult, so he fell, his thigh was broken, and he died. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) ordered that the funeral prayer be performed for him. Then he ordered a herald to call out to the people: "Indeed, Paradise is not lawful for a disobedient person. Indeed, Paradise is not lawful for a disobedient person. Indeed, Paradise is not lawful for a disobedient person."
