Hadith 981:4
Abu al-Mughirah narrated to us, al-Awza'i narrated to us, from Abu 'Ammar Shaddad, from Abu Asma' al-Rahabi, from Thawban, the freed slave of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), who said: When the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) intended to depart from his prayer, he would seek forgiveness three times. Then he would say: "O Allah, You are Peace, and from You is peace. Blessed are You, O Possessor of Majesty and Honor."
حدثنا أبو المغيرة، حدثنا الأوزاعي، عن أبي عمار شداد عن أبي أسماء الرحبي، عن ثوبان مولى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: كان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم إذا أراد أن ينصرف من صلاته استغفر، ثلاث مرات، ثم قال: " اللهم أنت السلام ومنك السلام. تباركت يا ذا الجلال والإكرام "
