Hadith 981:48
'Affan narrated to us, Hammam narrated to us, Qatadah narrated to us, from Salim, from Ma'dan, from Thawban, that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "I will be at the furthest part of my Basin on the Day of Resurrection, driving the people away from it for the people of Yemen, striking them with my staff until it flows for them." It was said to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him): "What is its width?" He said: "From my station to 'Amman, into which two spouts flow, supplying it."
حدثنا عفان، حدثنا همام، حدثنا قتادة، عن سالم، عن معدان، عن ثوبان، أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " أنا بعقر حوضي يوم القيامة أذود عنه الناس لأهل اليمن، وأضربهم بعصاي حتى يرفض عنهم ". قال: قيل للنبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: ما سعته؟ قال: " من مقامي إلى عمان يغت فيه ميزابان يمدانه "
