Hadith 981:49
Abu al-Mughirah narrated to us, al-Awza'i narrated to us, Yahya ibn Abi Kathir narrated to me, from Abu Qilabah, from Abu Asma' al-Rahabi, from Thawban, the freed slave of the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace), who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) passed by a man in al-Baqi' on the eighteenth night that had passed of Ramadan who was being cupped. He said: "The one who cups and the one who is cupped have broken their fast."
حدثنا أبو المغيرة، حدثنا الأوزاعي، حدثني يحيى بن أبي كثير، عن أبي قلابة، عن أبي أسماء الرحبي، عن ثوبان مولى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: مر رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم بالبقيع في ثمان عشرة ليلة خلت من رمضان برجل يحتجم فقال: " أفطر الحاجم والمحجوم "
