Hadith 981:51
Al-Hakam ibn Nafi' narrated to us, Ibn 'Ayyash narrated to us, from Yahya ibn al-Harith al-Dhimari, from Abu Asma' al-Rahabi, from Thawban, from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, who said: "Whoever fasts Ramadan, then a month is [equivalent to] ten months, and fasting six days after the breaking of the fast (Eid al-Fitr), then that is the completion of the fasting of the year."
حدثنا الحكم بن نافع، حدثنا ابن عياش، عن يحيى بن الحارث الذماري، عن أبي أسماء الرحبي، عن ثوبان، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " من صام رمضان فشهر بعشرة أشهر، وصيام ستة أيام بعد الفطر فذلك تمام صيام السنة "
