Hadith 981:67
Muhammad ibn Ja‘far narrated to us, Shu‘bah narrated to us, from Qatadah, and Bahz said: Hammam narrated to us, Qatadah narrated to us, from Salim ibn Abi al-Ja‘d, he said: Bahz said, from Salim, from Ma‘dan, from Thawban, the freed slave of the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace), that the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "Whoever’s soul departs from his body while he is free from three things shall enter Paradise: the spoils of war (taken dishonestly), debt," and Bahz said, "and pride."
حدثنا محمد بن جعفر، حدثنا شعبة، عن قتادة، وبهز قال:، حدثنا همام حدثنا قتادة ، عن سالم بن أبي الجعد قال: بهز، عن سالم، عن معدان، عن ثوبان مولى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " من فارق الروح الجسد، وهو بريء من ثلاث دخل الجنة: الغلول والدين، قال بهز، والكبر "
