Musnad Ahmad 587:1

Yahya ibn Sa'id narrated to us, from Hisham, who said: My father narrated to me that 'Ubayd Allah ibn 'Adi narrated to him that two men informed him that they came to the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, asking him for charity. He cast his gaze upon them and saw that they were strong/vigorous. He said: "If you both wish, I will give you, but there is no share in it for a wealthy person, nor for a strong one who is capable of earning."
