Narrated to us by Hisham ibn Ammar, who said: Narrated to us by Yahya ibn Hamzah, who said: Narrated to us by al-Awza’i, from Shaddad ibn Abi Ammar, from Umm Haram bint Milhan, that she heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: "The first army from my nation to wage a naval expedition will have made it incumbent upon themselves [to enter Paradise]." Umm Haram said: I said, "O Messenger of Allah, will I be among them?" He said, "You will be among them." Then the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "The first army from my nation to wage a campaign against the city of Caesar will be forgiven." I said, "Will I be among them, O Messenger of Allah?" He said, "No."
