Musnad Ahmad 1012:10

Al-Walid ibn Muslim narrated to us, Al-Awza'i narrated to us, Umayr ibn Hani' narrated to me, that Junadah ibn Abi Umayyah narrated to him, from Ubadah ibn al-Samit, from the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, who said: "Whoever testifies that there is no god but Allah alone, with no partner, and that Muhammad is His servant and His messenger, and that 'Isa is the servant of Allah and His messenger, and His word which He cast to Maryam, and a spirit from Him, and that Paradise is true, and the Fire is true, Allah will admit him into Paradise, regardless of what his deeds were."
