Musnad Ahmad 1012:113

'Abdullah narrated to us, As-Salt bin Mas'ud narrated to us, Al-Fudayl bin Sulayman narrated to us, Musa bin 'Uqbah narrated to us, from Ishaq bin Al-Walid bin 'Ubadah bin As-Samit, from 'Ubadah, who said: "Indeed, among the judgments of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) is that the mine is 'Jubar' (i.e., its injury or loss is not liable for compensation)." He mentioned the like of the hadith of Abu Kamil in its entirety, except that they differed regarding the chain of narration. Abu Kamil said in his hadith: "From Ishaq bin Yahya bin Al-Walid bin 'Ubadah, from 'Ubadah," or that 'Ubadah said: "From the judgments of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ)." And As-Salt said: "From Ishaq bin Al-Walid bin 'Ubadah, from 'Ubadah, that among the judgments of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) is..." and he mentioned the hadith.
