Musnad Ahmad 1012:128

'Abdullah narrated to us, Isma'il Abu Ma'mar al-Hudhali narrated to me, Jarir narrated to us, from al-Mughirah, from al-Sha'bi, from Ibn al-Samit, who said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Whoever gives charity from his body with something, Allah expiates from him according to the measure of his sins."
