Mu'awiyah ibn 'Amr narrated to us, Abu Ishaq—meaning al-Fazari—narrated to us, from 'Abd al-Rahman ibn al-Harith, from Sulayman ibn Musa, from Makhul, from Abu Salam, from Abu Umamah, from 'Ubadah ibn al-Samit, from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, who said: "Render the thread and the needle, and beware of misappropriation (ghulul); for it is a disgrace upon its people on the Day of Resurrection."
