Zayd ibn al-Hubab narrated to us, Abd al-Rahman ibn Thawban informed us, from Umayr ibn Hani that he heard Junadah ibn Abi Umayyah al-Kindi saying: I heard Ubadah narrating from the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him: "That Gabriel came to him while he was shivering and said: In the name of Allah, I perform ruqyah (incantation) upon you, from everything that harms you: from the envy of every envier and every eye, and the name of Allah heals you."
