Hadith 1303:1
Ibn Numayr narrated to us, Fudayl—meaning Ibn Ghazwan—narrated to us, he said: I heard Talhah ibn Ubayd Allah ibn Kurayz, he said: I heard Umm al-Darda’, she said: I heard the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, saying: "Indeed, the supplication of a person for his brother in his absence is answered. Every time he supplicates for his brother with a supplication, the angel says: 'And for you, the like of it.'"
حدثنا ابن نمير، حدثنا فضيل يعني ابن غزوان، قال: سمعت طلحة بن عبيد الله بن كريز، قال: سمعت أم الدرداء، قالت: سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول: " إنه يستجاب للمرء بظهر الغيب لأخيه فما دعا لأخيه بدعوة، إلا قال: الملك ولك بمثل "
