Hadith 1273:13

Hassan narrated to us, he said: Ibn Lahi'ah narrated to us, he said: Darraj narrated to us, from 'Amr ibn al-Hakam that he narrated to him, from Umm Habibah bint Abi Sufyan, that people from the people of Yemen came to the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and he taught them the prayer, the Sunnahs, and the obligatory duties. Then they said: "O Messenger of Allah, we have a drink that we make from wheat and barley." He said: "Al-Ghubayra'?" They said: "Yes." He said: "Do not consume it." Then, when two days had passed after that, they mentioned it to him again, and he said: "Al-Ghubayra'?" They said: "Yes." He said: "Do not consume it." Then, when they wanted to depart, they asked him about it, and he said: "Al-Ghubayra'?" They said: "Yes." He said: "Do not consume it." They said: "But they will not abandon it." He said: "Whoever does not abandon it, then strike his neck."
