Musnad Ahmad 1273:14

Ibrahim ibn Ishaq narrated to us, Abdullah ibn al-Mubarak narrated to us, from Ma’mar; and Ali ibn Ishaq narrated to us, Abdullah informed us, Ma’mar informed us, from al-Zuhri, from ‘Urwah, from Umm Habibah, that she was married to ‘Ubaydullah ibn Jahsh, and he had come to the Negus—and Ali ibn Ishaq said: And he had traveled to the Negus and died. And the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, married Umm Habibah while she was in the land of Abyssinia. The Negus married her to him and gave her a dowry of four thousand. Then he prepared her from his own [wealth] and sent her to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, with Shurahbil ibn Hasanah. Her entire preparation was from the Negus, and the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, did not send her anything. The dowries of the wives of the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, were four hundred dirhams.
