Musnad Ahmad 1283:0

Narrated by Umm Habibah bint Jahsh: She suffered from prolonged istihada (non-menstrual vaginal bleeding). She asked the Prophet (peace be upon him) about it, and he said to her: "Wait for the duration of your menstruation, then perform ghusl (ritual bath) and pray." So she would perform ghusl for every prayer.
