Musnad Ahmad 1166:6

Zayd ibn al-Hubab narrated to us, from Ibn Abi Dhi’b, from al-Maqburi, from Abu Murrah, the freed slave of Aqil ibn Abi Talib, from Fakhitah Umm Hani, who said: When the day of the conquest of Mecca arrived, I granted protection to two of my in-laws from the polytheists. Then the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) appeared, and upon him was the haze of dust, wrapped in a garment (mulhafa) which he had draped over himself. When he saw me, he said: "Welcome, Fakhitah Umm Hani." I said: "O Messenger of Allah, I have granted protection to two of my in-laws from the polytheists." He said: "We have granted protection to whom you have granted protection, and we have secured whom you have secured." Then he ordered Fatimah, so she poured water for him, and he washed with it. He then prayed eight rak'ahs, wrapped in the garment, and that was on the day of the conquest of Mecca, in the forenoon.
