Musnad Ahmad 1272:15

Yunus ibn Muhammad narrated to us, he said: Abu Ma’shar narrated to us, from Muslim ibn Abi Maryam, from Salih, the freed slave of Wajzah, from Umm Hani bint Abi Talib, who said: I came to the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, and said: "O Messenger of Allah, I am a woman who has become heavy (i.e., aged or weak), so teach me something I can say while I am sitting." He said: "Say 'Allahu Akbar' (Allah is the Greatest) one hundred times, for it is better for you than one hundred caparisoned camels accepted (as a sacrifice). Say 'Alhamdulillah' (Praise be to Allah) one hundred times, for it is better for you than one hundred saddled and bridled horses that you carry (people) upon in the way of Allah. Say 'SubhanAllah' (Glory be to Allah) one hundred times, for it is better for you than one hundred slaves from the children of Ishmael that you set free. And say 'La ilaha illallah' (There is no god but Allah) one hundred times, for it leaves no sin behind, and no deed surpasses it."
