Musnad Ahmad 1289:0

Narrated Umm Hisham bint Harithah ibn al-Nu'man: "I did not take 'Qaf. By the Glorious Quran' except from the tongue of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), as he used to recite it upon the pulpit every Friday when he addressed the people."
