Musnad Ahmad 1262:1

Ibn Numayr narrated to us, he said: Al-A’mash narrated to us, from Abu Sufyan, he said: I heard Jabir, he said: Umm Mubashir, the wife of Zayd ibn Harithah, narrated to me, she said: I entered upon the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, in a garden. He said: "Does this belong to you?" I said: Yes. He said: "Who planted it? A Muslim or a disbeliever?" I said: A Muslim. He said: "There is no Muslim who plants a plant, or sows a crop, and a bird, or a human, or a beast, or anything eats from it, except that it is for him a charity." [Abdullah said:] My father said: "I heard Jabir" was not in the manuscript, so Ibn Numayr said: "I heard Jabir."
