Musnad Ahmad 1168:9

Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us, he said: Ma'mar narrated to us, he said: Al-Zuhri narrated to us, from Ubayd Allah ibn Utbah ibn Mas'ud, from Umm Qays bint Mihsan, that she came with a son of hers, and she had treated him for tonsillitis by pressing [the throat]. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said to her: "Why do you hurt your children by pressing [their throats] with this treatment? You should use this Indian incense (Qust al-Hindi), for in it are seven cures, one of which is for pleurisy." Then he took the boy and he urinated on him, so he called for water and sprinkled it [over the area]. Ibn Shihab said: "The Sunnah has proceeded accordingly."
