Musnad Ahmad 1156:103

Yunus and ‘Affan narrated to us, they said: ‘Abd al-Wahid—meaning Ibn Ziyad—narrated to us, he said: ‘Uthman ibn Hakim narrated to us, from ‘Abdullah ibn Rafi’, from Umm Salamah. ‘Affan said in his narration: ‘Abd al-Rahman ibn Shaybah narrated to us, he said: I heard Umm Salamah say: I said: "O Messenger of Allah, why are we not mentioned in the Qur’an as men are mentioned?" She said: It did not startle me one day except by his call from the pulpit: "O people!" She said: I was combing my hair, so I wrapped my hair, then I drew near to the door, and I placed my hearing at the palm-leaf stalks, and I heard him saying: "Indeed, Allah, the Almighty and Majestic, says: {Indeed, the Muslim men and Muslim women, the believing men and believing women} [Al-Ahzab: 35]," this verse. ‘Affan said: {Allah has prepared for them forgiveness and a great reward} [Al-Ahzab: 35].
