Yahya ibn Abi Bukayr narrated to us, Ibrahim ibn Tahman narrated to us, he said: Budayl narrated to me, from al-Hasan ibn Muslim, from Safiyyah bint Shaybah, from Umm Salamah, the wife of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, from the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, that he said: "The woman whose husband has died shall not wear clothes dyed with safflower, nor clothes dyed with red clay, nor jewelry, nor shall she dye her hands with henna, nor shall she apply kohl."
