Musnad Ahmad 1156:119

Hassan ibn Musa narrated to us, he said: Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us, from Ali ibn Zayd, from al-Hasan, from Umm Salamah, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, used to say: "Our Lord, forgive and have mercy, and guide me to the most upright path."
