Hadith of Umm Salamah (RA), the wife of the Prophet (SAW)
Hadith 1156:128
'Abd al-Wahhab ibn 'Ata narrated to us, 'Awf narrated to us, from Abu al-Mu'addal 'Atiyyah al-Tufawi, who said: My father narrated to me, from Umm Salamah, the wife of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, who said: While the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, was in my house, the servant said: "Indeed, 'Ali and Fatimah are at the threshold." He said: "Rise and leave my family to me." She said: So I rose and moved to a corner of the house, nearby. Then 'Ali and Fatimah entered, and with them were al-Hasan and al-Husayn, two small boys. He took the two boys and kissed them, and placed them on his lap, and embraced 'Ali and Fatimah. Then he draped a mantle of his over them and said: "O God, to You, not to the Fire, am I and my family." She said: So I said: "O Messenger of God, and me?" He said: "And you."
