Hadith of Umm Salamah (RA), the wife of the Prophet (SAW)

Hadith 1156:218

'Abd al-Samad narrated to us, he said: My father narrated to us, he said: 'Ali ibn Zayd narrated to us, from al-Hasan, from his mother, from Umm Salamah, that the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) woke up from his sleep while he was saying: "To Allah we belong and to Him we shall return." She said: I said: "O Messenger of Allah, what is the matter with you?" He said: "A group of my nation will be swallowed up by the earth. Then they will be sent against a man, and he will come to Makkah, and Allah will protect him from them, and they will be swallowed up. Their place of destruction is one, but their origins are diverse." She said: I said: "O Messenger of Allah, how can their place of destruction be one, while their origins are diverse?" He said: "Indeed, among them are those who are compelled, so he comes compelled."
