Musnad Ahmad 1156:262

Mu'ammar ibn Sulayman al-Raqqi narrated to us, he said: Khusayf narrated to us, from 'Ata', from Umm Salamah, the wife of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, that she asked the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, about gold with which musk is tied, or [she] is tied. He said: "Make it silver, and color it yellow with something of saffron."
