Hadith 1156:270
'Affan narrated to us, he said: Hammam narrated to us, Ibn Jurayj narrated to us, from Ibn Abi Mulaykah, from Umm Salamah: "That the recitation of the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, was—and he described {In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful}—letter by letter, a slow recitation."
