Musnad Ahmad 1156:72

Mu'awiyah ibn 'Amr narrated to us, he said: Abu Ishaq—meaning al-Fazari—narrated to us, from Khalid al-Hadhdha', from Abu Qilabah, from Qabisah ibn Dhu'ayb, from Umm Salamah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) entered upon Abu Salamah while his eyes were fixed [in death], so he closed them. Then he said: "Indeed, when the soul is taken, the sight follows it." Some of his family wailed, so he said: "Do not supplicate against yourselves except for good, for the angels say 'Amin' to what you say." Then he said: "O Allah, forgive Abu Salamah, and raise his degree among the guided ones, and be his successor for those he left behind among the remaining ones, and forgive us and him, O Lord of the worlds. O Allah, make his grave spacious for him and illuminate it for him."
