Hadith 1305:0
Narrated to us by Abd al-Rahman, from Sufyan, from Zayd ibn Aslam, from Ata ibn Yasar, from Umm Salamah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Whoever among you is afflicted with a calamity, let him say: 'To Allah we belong and to Him we shall return. O Allah, reward me in my affliction and replace it for me with something better than it.' For indeed, if he does not say that, Allah will not reward him for his affliction, nor will He replace it for him with something better."
