Musnad Ahmad 482:141

Harun ibn Ma'ruf and Surayj narrated to us, they said: Ibn Wahb narrated to us, 'Amr ibn al-Harith informed me, from Abu 'Ali, from 'Uqbah ibn 'Amir, that he said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say: "Lands will be opened for you, and Allah will suffice you. So let not one of you be too weak to amuse himself with his arrows." Surayj said: [The narrator is] Thumamah ibn Shafi'.
