Hadith of Uqbah ibn Amir al-Juhani (RA) from the Prophet (SAW)
حديث عقبة بن عامر الجهني (1) عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم
Hadith 482:165
Hassan narrated to us, Ibn Lahi'ah narrated to us, Abu 'Ashanah narrated to us, that he heard 'Uqbah ibn 'Amir saying: I will not say today about the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, what he did not say. I heard the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, saying: "Whoever says about me what I did not say, let him occupy a house in Hell."
حدثنا حسن، حدثنا ابن لهيعة، حدثنا أبو عشانة، أنه سمع عقبة بن عامر، يقول: لا أقول اليوم على رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ما لم يقل، سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول: " من قال علي ما لم أقل، فليتبوأ بيتا من جهنم "
