Musnad Ahmad 482:26

'Ali ibn Ishaq narrated to us, he said: 'Abdullah informed us, Ibn Lahi'ah informed me, he said: Yazid narrated to me, that Abu al-Khayr narrated to him, that he heard 'Uqbah ibn 'Amir narrating from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, that he said: "There is no day's deed except that it is sealed. So when the believer becomes ill, the angels say: 'O our Lord, Your servant so-and-so, You have restrained him.' The Lord, Mighty and Majestic, says: 'Seal for him [the record of] the like of his [usual] deeds until he recovers or dies.'"
