Musnad Ahmad 482:42

Hassan bin Musa and Musa bin Dawud narrated to us, they said: Ibn Lahi'ah narrated to us, Ka'b bin Alqamah narrated to us, from a freed slave of Uqbah bin Amir who is called Abu Kathir, he said: I came to Uqbah bin Amir and informed him that we have neighbors who drink alcohol. He said: "Leave them." Then he came to him and said: "Shall I not call the police (Al-Shurtah) upon them?" Uqbah said: "Woe to you, leave them, for I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, say: 'Whoever sees an intimate fault (awrah) and conceals it, he is like one who brings a buried infant girl back to life from her grave.'"
