Suwayd ibn ‘Amr al-Kalbi and Yunus narrated to us, they said: Aban narrated to us, he said: Qatadah narrated to us, from al-Hasan, from ‘Uqbah ibn ‘Amir, that the Prophet of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "If two guardians give [a woman] in marriage, it is for the first of them. And if he sells to two men, it is for the first of them." And Yunus said: "And if a man sells a sale to two men."
