Hadith of Urwah ibn Abi al-Ja'd al-Bariqi (RA), from the Prophet (SAW)
حديث عروة بن أبي الجعد البارقي (1) ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم
Hadith 773:11
'Affan narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, Abu Ishaq informed us, he said: I heard al-'Aizar ibn Hurayth narrating from 'Urwah ibn al-Ja'd al-Azdi, that he heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, saying: "Good is tied to the forelocks of horses."
حدثنا عفان، حدثنا شعبة، أخبرنا أبو إسحاق قال: سمعت العيزار بن حريث يحدث، عن عروة بن الجعد الأزدي، أنه سمع رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول: " الخيل معقود في نواصيها الخير "
