Hadith of Urwah ibn Abi al-Ja'd al-Bariqi (RA), from the Prophet (SAW)
حديث عروة بن أبي الجعد البارقي (1) ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم
Hadith 773:8
Yahya ibn Adam narrated to us, Isra'il narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, from 'Urwah ibn al-Ja'd al-Bariqi, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Good is tied to the forelocks of horses until the Day of Resurrection: reward and spoils of war."
حدثنا يحيى بن آدم، حدثنا إسرائيل، عن أبي إسحاق، عن عروة بن أبي الجعد البارقي، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : " الخيل معقود في نواصيها الخير إلى يوم القيامة: الأجر والمغنم "
