Musnad Ahmad 941:11

Rawh narrated to us, Muhammad ibn Abi Hafsah narrated to us, al-Zuhri narrated to us, from Ali ibn al-Husayn, from Amr ibn Uthman, from Usamah ibn Zayd, that he said: "O Messenger of Allah, where will you stay tomorrow, if Allah wills?" And that was at the time of the Conquest. He said: "Has Aqil left any house for us?" Then he said: "The disbeliever does not inherit from the believer, nor does the believer inherit from the disbeliever."
