Musnad Ahmad 941:44

Abu Amir narrated to us, Zuhair—meaning Ibn Muhammad—narrated to us, from Abdullah—meaning Ibn Muhammad ibn Aqil—from the son of Usama ibn Zaid, that his father, Usama, said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) clothed me with a thick Coptic garment that was among what Dihyah al-Kalbi had gifted him. So, I clothed my wife with it. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said to me: "Why did you not wear the Coptic garment?" I said: "O Messenger of Allah, I clothed my wife with it." The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said to me: "Command her to put an undergarment beneath it, for I fear that it may describe the shape of her bones."
