Musnad Ahmad 941:52

'Abd al-Samad narrated to us, Hammad narrated to us, from 'Asim, from Abu Wa'il, who said: It was said to Usamah ibn Zayd, he said: I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, say: "A man who used to be obeyed in the acts of disobedience to Allah the Exalted will be brought and cast into the Fire. His intestines will spill out, and he will revolve therein just as a donkey revolves around a millstone. Then the people who used to obey him will come to him and say: 'O so-and-so, what about what you used to command us to do?' He will say: 'I used to command you to do something, while I would oppose you by doing other than it.'"
