Musnad Ahmad 941:58

Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, al-A'mash narrated to us, from Shaqiq, from Usamah ibn Zayd, who said: They said to him, "Will you not go in to this man and speak to him?" He said: He replied, "Do you not see that I do not speak to him except that I let you hear? By Allah, I have spoken to him between myself and him, without opening a matter that I would not like to be the first to open. And I will not say to a man who is an amir over me: 'He is the best of people,' after I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, say: 'A man will be brought on the Day of Resurrection and cast into the Fire, and his intestines will spill out into his belly, and he will revolve with them in the Fire just as a donkey revolves around a millstone.'" He said: "Then the people of the Fire will gather around him and say: 'O so-and-so, did you not used to enjoin us to do good and forbid us from doing evil?'" He said: "He will say: 'Yes, I used to enjoin good but not do it, and I used to forbid evil but do it.'"
