Musnad Ahmad 941:6

Sufyan narrated to us, from al-Zuhri, from Ali ibn al-Husayn, from Amr ibn Uthman, from Usama ibn Zayd, from the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, who said: "The Muslim does not inherit from the disbeliever, and the disbeliever does not inherit from the Muslim."
