Hadith of Usamah bin Zayd, the beloved of the Messenger of Allah (SAW)
حديث أسامة بن زيد حب رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم
Hadith 941:66
'Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Ibn Jurayj informed us, Ibn Shihab and 'Abd al-A'la informed me, from Ma'mar, from al-Zuhri, from 'Ali ibn al-Husayn, from 'Amr ibn 'Uthman, from Usamah ibn Zayd, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The Muslim does not inherit from the disbeliever, and the disbeliever does not inherit from the Muslim."
حدثنا عبد الرزاق، أخبرنا ابن جريج، أخبرني ابن شهاب، وعبد الأعلى ، عن معمر، عن الزهري، عن علي بن حسين، عن عمرو بن عثمان، عن أسامة بن زيد، أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " لا يرث المسلم الكافر، ولا يرث الكافر المسلم "
