Musnad Ahmad 941:71

'Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, Malik narrated to us, from al-Zuhri, from 'Ali ibn al-Husayn, from 'Umar ibn 'Uthman, from Usamah ibn Zayd, from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, who said: "The Muslim does not inherit from the disbeliever."
