Musnad Ahmad 529:5

'Ali ibn Bahr narrated to us, Hisham ibn Yusuf narrated to us, Ma'mar narrated to us, from Yahya ibn Abi Kathir, from 'Amir ibn Zayd al-Bakali, that he heard 'Utbah ibn 'Abd al-Sulami saying: A Bedouin came to the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, and asked him about the Basin (al-Hawd), and he mentioned Paradise. Then the Bedouin said: "Is there fruit in it?" He said: "Yes, and in it is a tree called Tuba." He mentioned something—I do not know what it is. He said: "Which of the trees of our land does it resemble?" He said: "It does not resemble any of the trees of your land." The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "Have you come to al-Sham?" He said: "No." He said: "It resembles a tree in al-Sham called the walnut tree; it grows on a single trunk, and its top spreads out." He said: "How great is its base?" He said: "If a young she-camel from your people's camels were to set out, it would not encompass its base until its collarbone broke from old age." He said: "Is there grapes in it?" He said: "Yes." He said: "How great is the cluster?" He said: "A month's journey for a pied crow that does not tire." He said: "How great is the berry?" He said: "Has your father ever slaughtered a large billy goat from his sheep?" He said: "Yes." He said: "And he skinned its hide and gave it to your mother, saying: 'Make us a bucket out of it'?" He said: "Yes." The Bedouin said: "Would that berry satisfy me and my household?" He said: "Yes, and the generality of your clan."
