Hadith 299:12
And I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, saying: "A good fast is the fasting of three days of the month."
وسمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول: " صيام حسن صيام ثلاثة أيام من الشهر "
