Musnad Ahmad 572:14

He said: And the last thing the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, enjoined upon me was that he said: "Be brief in your prayer, and gauge the people by the weakest among them, for among them are the young, the old, the weak, and those with needs."
