Hadith 477:0
Narrated to us by Rawh, narrated to us by Shu’bah, from Abu Ja’far al-Khatmi, he said: I heard ‘Umarah ibn Khuzaymah ibn Thabit narrating from ‘Uthman ibn Hunayf, that a blind man came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and said: "Supplicate to Allah to heal me." He (the Prophet) said: "If you wish, I will delay it for you, and that is better; and if you wish, I will supplicate." He said: "Rather, supplicate." So he commanded him to perform ablution and to perform it well, and to pray two rak'ahs, and to supplicate with this supplication: "O Allah, I ask You and I turn to You by Your Prophet Muhammad, the Prophet of Mercy. O Muhammad, I have turned by you to my Lord regarding this need of mine so that it may be fulfilled for me. O Allah, accept his intercession for me."
