Hadith 477:3
Mu'ammal narrated to us, he said: Hammad—meaning Ibn Salamah—narrated to us, he said: Abu Ja'far al-Khatmi narrated to us, from 'Umarah ibn Khuzaymah ibn Thabit, from 'Uthman ibn Hunayf, that a man came to the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, whose eyesight had departed. He then mentioned the hadith.
حدثنا مؤمل، قال: حدثنا حماد يعني ابن سلمة، قال: حدثنا أبو جعفر الخطمي، عن عمارة بن خزيمة بن ثابت، عن عثمان بن حنيف، أن رجلا أتى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قد ذهب بصره، فذكر الحديث
